According to the company’s actual demand for lithium battery processing, ZOZEN specially customized a 30-ton SZS series gas steam boiler (szs30-1.25-y.q). The forced circulation is adopted in the high temperature area of the boiler body to ensure that all heating surfaces can be cooled reliably and prevent vaporization. The condenser is added to control the temperature of the furnace body below 45℃ to fully recover the heat and humidity of the flue gas and the latent heat of condensation of water vapor and greatly improve the overall thermal efficiency of the boiler.
