Characteristics of circulating fluidized bed:

The basic flow of a typical circulating fluidized bed boiler structure is as follows: after coal and desulfurizer are sent into the furnace, they are quickly surrounded by a large number of inert high-temperature materials, they are fired and burned, and desulfurization reaction is carried out at the same time. Under the action of the rising smoke airflow, they move to the upper part of the furnace and release heat to the water-cooled wall and other heating surfaces arranged in the furnace. After the coarse particles enter the suspension area, they deviate from the main airflow under the action of gravity and external forces and thus stick to the wall and flow down. After the gas-solid mixture leaves the furnace, it enters the high-temperature cyclone separator, and a large number of solid particles (coal particles, desulfurizer) are separated and sent back to the furnace for cyclic combustion. The unseparated fine particles enter the tail flue with the flue gas to heat the superheater, the economizer and the air preheater, and are discharged to the atmosphere through the dust collector.
