In case of special condition, ZOZEN will forward your request to one of its partnered sales representatives depending on the
country and state. The local maintenance personnel will arrive at the customer site as soon as possible.

After signing a contract
Strictly perform the requirements according to contract, guarantee the customer’s delivery time, and guarantee the product quality.
After-sale service
1. Arrange on-site engineers for supervising installation, arrange commissioning training for free, and train operators in safety and technology aspects.
2. Establish the service file management system, follow up and communicate with users in time, pay a return visit by e-mail at least once a month, and monitor customer’ start up, maintenance and management.

4. Warranty period: the warranty period shall be 12 months after the equipment is put into operation.
5. After the warranty period, our equipment is with product lifetime service; Only travel expenses and salary is charged for maintaining cost.
