Single-drum water tube steam boiler
Single-drum water tube steam boiler mainly has two kinds of structure, one is single boiler tube vertical tube boiler, the other is single boiler tube horizontal tube boiler, and this kind of structure often boiler capacity is relatively large. So let’s take the vertical form here.
Common types of single boiler tube vertical water-tube boiler are DZL type, with working pressure of 1.3mpa and evaporation capacity of 4t/h. The combustion equipment is horizontal reciprocating grate. This kind of boiler has only one boiler barrel, which is vertically arranged in the center of the top of the boiler, and two groups of convective tube bundles are arranged on the left and right sides of the furnace, forming a herringbone. The upper end of both sides convective tube bundle and water wall tube is connected with the pot barrel, and the lower end is connected with the lower set box on both sides respectively, thus eliminating the water wall drop tube.
The advantage of this kind of boiler is that there is no partition of flue gas in the convective tube bundle, which makes the boiler structure very compact. After using single drum, the steel consumption and manufacturing workload are reduced. The disadvantage is that the steam pressure fluctuates greatly when the water capacity is small and the management is difficult.
Double-drum water tube steam boiler
Double-drum water tube steam boiler is also divided into two types of layout: double tube vertical and double tube horizontal. Double pot tube vertical tube boiler, the current use of a variety of furnace. Its model is SZL type, its working pressure is generally 13MPa, and its evaporation capacity is 2t/h or 4t/h. The structure of the boiler is mainly composed of upper boiler barrel, lower boiler barrel, water wall tube, convection tube bundle and header pressure components. The tail is fitted with cast iron economizer. The upper pot is larger in diameter and longer in body than the lower pot. The two POTS are arranged parallel and longitudinally on the same vertical surface. Two groups of convection tubes are connected with each other, and two longitudinal smoke partitions are arranged at the left front and middle back of the tubes. The furnace is located on the left side of the boiler and is parallel to the convection flue, thus forming a D type.
The advantage of the boiler, it can be used to change the distance between the water drum, as well as the change of convection bank line number, tube spacing, keep the flue gas flow velocity in need within the scope of the flue wall along the center line of the drum set, is conducive to eliminate a dust at the bottom of the tube bundle, in order to cooperate with the depth of the furnace, grate longer, conducive to burn, reduce the carbon content. The disadvantage is that there is usually no front and rear water wall in the furnace, so it is not convenient to arrange the furnace arch.
